The Gift of Giving for the Holidays
December 2, 2015

The holidays are almost upon us and if you’ve been considering ways to support the fight against child trafficking, the reduction of global injustice, or simply helping young children desperate for a chance to make the most of their dreams, now is a great time to do so. You can join in and give on your own behalf, or as part of a New Year’s Resolution, or if you feel the call to do so, perhaps you might do so as a holiday gift for a justice-minded family member or loved one who would appreciate the generosity.

There has never been a better time – and I’ll give you two reasons!

First, The SOLD Project is putting out a call for help to expand to meet need! We are building a second resource center in Chiang Rai City, where we can remain in close contact with our students and help provide better and closer service and mentorship, guidance and a safe place to stay where they need it most–and when they need it most: their teenage years.

Second, One Day’s Wages has generously offered to match funds donated to The SOLD Project by 100%, starting December 1 and running through the rest of the month. They will be matching every dollar raised (up to $25,717) for a shot at a total of $51,434 to fund the entire phase one of the Chiang Rai City Resource Center.
