We are thrilled to share that we had a very successful campaign. With your help, we raised an incredible $56,803, which is matched for a total of $113,305 – exceeding our goal of $100,000! Over 390 people contributed to a strong start to 2023.
We are beyond grateful for such a large community of support. Knowing that so many people care about protecting vulnerable children from risk is a huge boost! We’re so glad to have you alongside us.
In 2023
These funds will go to support:
- Afterschool activities
- Mentorship
- Home visits
- Family camps
- Awareness raising – to teach kids how to recognize abuse, protect themselves and their friends and report it
- And so much more!
The past few years have been a doozy, but your support makes it possible for us to be flexible and adapt to whatever challenges come, so that our scholarship students know that, no matter what life throws their way, they can always count on The Freedom Story to help them and their families stay secure. There’s a lot of cause for hope, and we remain optimistic that, by working together, we can continue to improve conditions for those most vulnerable!
