Great Non Profit Award
November 3, 2015

The SOLD Project is excited to announce that we’ve been honored with the 2015 Top-Rated Nonprofit Award by GreatNonprofits! GreatNonprofits is one of the leading providers of user reviews of nonprofit organizations. The award is bestowed based on the large number of positive reviews given by volunteers, donors, and clients.

As one reviewer said about The SOLD Project, “I interned for SOLD last summer and it was a life changing experience. SOLD is an amazing organisation full of compassionate intelligent people who truly care for the kids they are helping. SOLD helps empower kids with education and mentorship in order to help them succeed and thrive rather than fall into the all too common path of exploitation. SOLD is truly a grassroots non profit that starts with the Thai people’s needs first.”

One of our donors has said, “The Sold Project is an amazing organization doing critical work to stop the exploitation of at-risk children. The staff have extreme passion for social justice and are dedicated to making a difference in the lives of as many children as they can. Their holistic programs are wildly successful and offer true hope for the children of Thailand – it is an honor to be a donor and support this organization on a monthly basis.”

And, as a former volunteer commented, “The SOLD Project invests in their volunteers and empowers individuals to get involved however they feel they can contribute. Aside from your specific volunteer tasks, the SOLD team helps you grow into your strengths. It is one of the most encouraging organizations I have ever been a part of and am so thankful for the opportunity to volunteer with them.”

In addition to the award, we’ll be included in GreatNonprofits’ holiday #GivingTuesday guide. Be sure to check that out for the holidays!

We’re so excited for this award, and the validation showing just how much our partners and friends believe in the work we’re doing at SOLD! Thank you all for your continued support! To see more reviews, please visit our page at GreatNonprofits!
